Our need to label is a problem.

Changing the wrong path of avoidance.

The role of our expectations is critical to determine our levels of satisfaction about life. It can continuously increase our anxiety and depression by forcing our adequation.

When we characterize some feeling as happy or sad, pleasant or unpleasant, we are just putting our expectations on it.

At the same time, our expectations are based on criticizing and not on acceptance. We are reducing our experiences because we do not know how to manage our uncertainties.

We want to be accepted, then we try to guarantee our adequation characterizing ourselves according to our expectations.

In other words, we are creating a cycle of pain.

We do not accept to feel our feelings freely, but we absolutely should. Our expectations, the other's expectations are not but expectations, and we have been giving an immense credit to it.
