I WANT TO BEHAVE DIFFERENT

Today, I want to behave different, instead of doing a critical analysis of my behavior and my thoughts, I want to do a positive one and think about it during all the day.

Instead of worrying about situations that make me afraid or about my expectations, I want to reflect on my progress, about my efforts and my values.


I do not want to cultivate or put my conscious on thoughts I do not have any control.

I want to stay in the present moment, building the crucial situations step-by-step.

I am feeling much calmer, now.
