When tiredness can be helpful.

Last night I can not sleep well.

After a deprivation of sleep, I have noticed how to be tired can help me.

The tiredness from the last few months become more perceptible when you are less disposed for the day. At the same time, it can be helpful. Being tired of the majority of your experiences, helps you to renew your daily routine and to see what you most value in all your present indisposition.

When I am tired, I crave for new activities and want to stop doing every stressful situation I am practicing.

Being tired is when you start to become free and genuinely happy. Even if I am less patient now because of my lack of sleep, it is beneficial.
