WE NEED TO BE COMFORTED


When we are sad, tired or worried, we need to be comforted. It is a fact.

When we are disappointed, we should not judge ourselves. We should never fight against our suffering.

We need to care about ourselves. We need to provide us with kindness and self-attention. We need to embrace all the pain. We need to understand these moments, treating it with affection and willingness.

Mainly, when no one else can do it for us (when our friends or family are not available).

We need to be enthusiast about comforting our pain.

How we can do it? Being aware of it. Distancing ourselves from the pain by focusing on having compassion for us and these situations.
