WE WANT TO BE VALUED

Usually, we treat ourselves with a severe behavior. It is common our behavior be tough from us, against ourselves.

We used to establish impossible criteria to be accomplished. We do not notice our own necessities.

Why?


My possible answer to it is: We want to be accepted. We want to be connected. We want to be valued.

To accomplish it we develop a negative sense of ourselves because we assume we are the entire responsibility to make it real. When we are not. Then, we are constantly blaming ourselves.

We need to be connected with ourselves, being kind and patient with ourselves and we can not forget about the circumstantial of life. Life is variable, we do not have control of it.

Accomplish to our valued aspirations are great, but it does not will heal what irrational behaviors causes to us.

We need to think, "What are our real responsibilities?".
