In certain circumstances, we feel empty, sad, and lonely. We feel these hard feelings because we can not feel in another way.

We feel depressed or discouraged because of our environment are insufficient or inadequate. It is not possible to hide or avoid to feel desperate when we are surrounded by challenges and stressful situations.

We need to be supportive and care about those near us.

We need to have compassion and not blame ourselves.

We need to have patience.
