There is a huge difference between when you have a thought for when you believe in it.

Usually, when we have a thought, we immediately think it is true, especially when these ideas are about criticizing ourselves.

Our thoughts are not the true. When it appears in our minds, we can feel it as a thought, just a thought. We do not need to believe in it.

If we are struggling and overwhelmed about a fear, a worry or other subject, it is a different question; we can be assertive about these themes and then the following thoughts about it, must be thinking as a thought and not as a true.

If the thought "I am a bad person" come, we simply need to think it as a thought and continue doing what we want to do.

I have been practicing it for the last few days, and I am feeling better.
