WHY WE FEEL SAD OR EVEN DEPRESSED?


Why we feel sad or even depressed?

Taking into consideration our environment and our relations, it is possible to say, it happens because we need to stop what we have been doing. Somehow, we need to stop it.

Then, for example, we need to reduce the number of activities of our daily routine and prioritize the most important ones. In other words, we need to reinterpret all the situation.

I am nothing generalizing about all types of sadness or depression. I am affirming it as a component of how we feel.

We also can choose to insist doing the same activities, and be acting in the same way (the same painful way) or see the situation as a new situation, as an opportunity to the new and act differently.

Only when we disengaged from our usual behavior, we are able to do the new.
