HOW TO AVOID HURT THE PEOPLE'S FEELINGS


Recently, I have been thinking how to make the people's lives easier.  How to avoid hurt or cause sadness to them. About how I can improve my habits to propitiate more happiness and comfort to their lives.

I believe we can all start doing little actions, the smallest ones are enough. As just as, saying good morning, making a compliment, offering help or even being kind, being thankful and being supportive.

We also can avoid hurt people with harsh words or with a severe behavior.

I am not talking about of worrying excessively about it, but to have conscious and to be aware of it.

Caring about the suffers and pains of people means also embracing our own pain because we improve our perception about it, and one exchange of affection, care, and attention, can reduce and improve our mood.

We feel less depressed or even anxious when we truly care about the people around us. The beautiful about it is, we can begin with the smallest acts.
