It is a common practice, labeling our experiences. We label it because we want to avoid it and also because we need a change in our behavior.

But to modify the way we behave, we need to analyze it, instead of categorizing it.

When we classify it, we usually do not remember of the positive aspects that it has brought to us. When we are facing difficult times, it is a possibility to develop trust, empathy, and connection with people.

It is not a question of controlling it.
